Improved Health and Medicine saved lives due to a few factors. Better crops made healthier food to eat. Improved Food Storage prevented diseases and rotting in food, allowing the consumers to be healthier Better distribution of food allowed it to keep well by the time it reached it's destination.
How it Benefited the Industrial Revolution
Better health and increased population benefited the industrial revolution in many ways. Increased health allowed people to work longer without having to be replaced as early. Increased population supplied the revolution with many workers who could man the factories. Also, as population grew the demand increased and with it the supply.
