Hello Bishop Woods Family!

I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend spending time with family and friends.

On March 9th our 7th and 8 grade students will have an assembly with guest speakers from the Manufacturing field. During the week, our students will enter the virtual world by using an Oculus provided to us from the manufacturing grant to explore various manufacturing fields. Students will be able to pick a field and actually interact with their program choice. This is a great experience provided to our students.

Also, mark your calendars for our 7th annual Pie-A-Teacher event to be held on March 16th.

Enter to win a chance to pie your favorite…. or not so favorite administrator, teacher or staff member. Don’t be left out of the messy fun! Each $1 ticket gives you the chance to be one of 2 students who will pie each participating teacher.

We have a special offer- you can get 7 tickets for $5. Purchase your tickets from Ms. Sirico beginning on Tuesday, March 7th -Thursday, March 16th. No tickets will be sold after 10 AM on March 16th. Our Pi- Day Math Contest winners will also be revealed at this event. All students will attend this event on March 16th. Below is the link of the flier for this event.
