Recipe For Peanut Butter Fudge

Mix the sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and milk in a pan together and heat the stove to 238 degrees with a candy thermometer. As the ingredient heats up, add butter. Stir for about 6 minutes. Pour the mixture out of the pan into a mixing bowl to cool slightly and with a paddle attachment. stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Continue beating to cool and stiffen the fudge, until the fudge is light in color and loses its gloss. Pour into a greased pan and let it cool completely, before cutting into 1-1/2 inch squares.

One of the stratategies we used was multipication. One of our biggest stratagy was adding.Our most liked thing to do is to bake the fudge. We used alot of subtraction too.Those are the stratategies we used.
