Injury Prevention Workshop

Are you training for the Birkie or continuing to run this winter? This workshop will help you add intention and awareness to your warm up and cool down through yoga. We will address counter motions that balance skiing and running as well as breath techniques that will help you stay strong even in the cold and dry air. Use yoga to avoid injury and enhance performance this winter!
