If you drink milk, the chances that you as a kid will improve walking and physical speeds, while improving balance as a kid and as an adult. Childhood milk drinkers were also likely to be adult milk drinkers, emphasizing the benefits of establishing lifelong healthy habits.
Whenever I have soda, there is always no positives to it. It brings you blood sugar high, and gives you caffeine, which makes you hyper. Why would you want to be the crazy one on your team? I would want to drink milk to stay healthy, and to stay strong. But it's your choice, but I'm sure you'll want to say, I've got the milk!
