Another Weekend Away

Aloha Swords,

The campus ministers and I are really excited for our time together this weekend. We have a wonderful time planned with you. We hope that you will be present to the action of God this weekend and to those who will be on retreat with you.

Let us hold each other in prayer as we continue to prepare ourselves spiritually for the upcoming Awakening.

May God bless you,

Bro. Brandon K. Alana, S.M.

Packing List

This will be a three-day, two-night retreat. We will not have enough space for large bags nor do we want people to carpool. Pack lightly and remember to pack these with you as well:

  • casual, comfortable clothes
  • swimwear, you will get wet!
  • towel and toiletries
  • sleeping bag (you can rent one from OSAL)
  • snacks to share during social

Consolidate your things in one (1) bag.

When and Where to Meet

Meet in front of Ching Hall by 4:30 p.m. Please be prompt.

If you have a class or lab that gets out at 4:30, please let me or one of the leaders know ASAP. If you need a place to store your bags, bring them to campus ministry and we will store them in the storage room.

Attention Commuter Students with Cars

Unfortunately there is no overnight on-campus parking. So you will need to plan accordingly. You can either be dropped off to campus in the morning and leave your bags with Campus Ministry or commute to campus via public transportation.
