This Spice is a Must Have
It is a seed of Myristica fragrans, which can ground up to 60 feet tall, and are found in the Molucca Islands. It usually takes 60 years to produce the seeds but sometimes it takes 90.

Nutmeg is used in medicine and some soups to add a sweet taste.
Interesting Fact about Nutmeg
In very large quantities nutmeg has a hallucinogenic effect. It is a highly aromatic spice with a woody bittersweet flavor and a rich warm aroma.
