Earth Week (April 19-23): Matthew Homa (Grade 11) has brought together a committee of students and staff to create a fantastic week of events for the boys of Selwyn House to recognize Earth Week. Along with guest speakers and an adapted Climate March, there will be a series of environmental challenges (and prizes) throughout the week. If you are a staff member, or student in Grade 5-11, and would like to join the committee - please contact Matthew Homa directly ( for information about the meeting dates/times.

Lunar New Year 2021: One of the great things about Selwyn House School is our diverse student body and staff–we learn from one another all the time. Recently, a group of Senior Students created a video to share with our community to mark the start of Lunar New Year celebrations. Inspired by this, and with the Lunar New Year festivities coming to a close, we would like to offer wishes to all of our SHS families who are celebrating. In this Happy Lunar New Year video the students became teachers instructing staff on how to pronounce New Year greetings in a new language! Click on the picture to watch the video.
