KINDNESS TREE:
Last week we distributed our first set of leaves for the kindness tree! Though we didn't get them out as quickly as we'd hoped (please disregard the Fri. 9/22 collection date), we'd still like you to send them in when they are done! Some classrooms did it together as a class project other teachers sent them home. If your child's leaves were sent home, send them back when they are complete and we'll add their good deeds to the tree!!!
GOLDEN TICKETS:
Our Golden Tickets have arrived, we'll be assigning numbers to students and keeping them in house to check them for winning numbers. Numbers are drawn on Mondays beginning October 2nd! If your child gets a winning ticket the school will receive a $5000.00 grant as well as $500.00 to donate to a charity of their choice. Winners also receive Feinstein "swag" and special gifts from the Foundation!
JR. Scholar Cards:
Jr. Scholar Cards have also arrived! These allow you free or low admission to lots of family fun places in RI, MA, and CT!! Be on the lookout for them this week!! Some participating businesses include: Mastery Martial Arts, Mystic Aquarium, Rockspot Climbing, Providence Children's Museum, & Slater Park Carousel!
Good Deeds Journal:
For those that remember the journals, they are no longer printed, they are virtual! Click the link below to record your good deeds in a journal!
We look forward to seeing all the good we do this year! Please reach out if you know of a charity or foundation that we can work together as a school community to do a collection for and support! Our annual food drive will begin in October! Keep your eyes out for information. If you are a family in need of anything please reach out to Mrs. Cabana, Mrs. Bonneau, Mr. D'Aiello, Ms. Votto, or Miss Ann! We have resources to support you!!
Flu Clinic
Has everyone in your family had their flu vaccine? There will be a FREE flu vaccine clinic, see attached. Warwick FLU Clinics.pdf
