We're getting ready to go live with a new Helpdesk system Monday, August 9th!

Soon, you will receive a welcome email from Incident IQ which is West Hartford's new Helpdesk platform to report technology help requests. Incident IQ is the easiest way for you to submit tickets, collaborate and resolve technology issues.

How to Login:

To login, use your network account as the username and password (i.e. same account you logon to your computer with), then click the Town/PD/LB Login button as pictured below.

Take a Tour

Once logged in, take a couple of minutes to check out our guided video walkthroughs in Incident IQ Academy.

Bookmark

User tip: For easy access, be sure to bookmark https://whps.incidentiq.com in your browser or save it to your desktop as a shortcut.

Complete profile

Complete your profile by entering a room # in your profile settings, as well as a profile image if you have one. You're now ready to start using Incident IQ.

Incident IQ also has an app for phones.

Optional: Download the app by visiting the app store. Search and download Incident IQ.


  • Launch the app. Enter whps so the district address appears as: whps.incidentiq.com. Click Continue.
  • To login, use your network account as the username and password (i.e. same account you logon to your computer with), then click the Town/PD/LB Login button.
  • You can now enjoy the power of Incident IQ when you are on the go, submitting or reviewing Helpdesk tickets with ease.
