Ice Cream Friday's @ CES

Did you know your child can buy ice cream on Friday's for $1? You can send in cash or check in an envelope with your child's name and teacher on it to be credited to your child's lunch account. Please make checks out to Columbia School District.

BRRR! It's Cold Outside

Please make sure your child has snow gear every day. Your child is welcome to leave their boots and snowpants in their locker for the week so they do not have to bring them home each night. Make sure they have shoes for the classroom and possibly some extra socks. It is also helpful to label all their gear so if something goes missing we know who it belongs to!

  • Snow coat
  • Gloves/mittens and a hat
  • Snow pants
  • Scarf
  • Snow Boots

Did you know?

Here at CES we have a wonderful relationship with Family Service and Children's Aid. This resource provides a counseling option for students in need of more in depth counseling. Students meet during the school day with a counselor to assist with the barriers of getting them to appointments in the evenings. If you would like more information on this please reach to me.

Please reach out to me with any questions or additional support needs at or at 517-769-8557.
