The Scientific Revolution was the Scientific Method. The scientific method uses observation and experimentation to explain theories on the workings of the universe. This process removed blind adherence to tradition from science, and allowed scientists to logically find answers through the use of reason. This method of research is the basis for modern science.

The polish astronomer was born on February 19, 1473 in Torun, Poland. He was the founder of the heliocentric ordering of the planets and was died on may 24, 1543.
The German astronomer was one of the chief founder of modern astronomy because of this discovery of three basic laws underlying the motion of planets. He was born on December 27, 1571 and died on November 15, 1630.
