Montgomery, AL

Montgomery, AL

This is the day we will put in action the boycotting of the city buses. Instead of taking the bus you can walk, ride your bikes. We are doing this cause blacks need to be treated equal by having not to sit in the back or giving our seats up for whites.

Rosa Parks

Rosa parks was the person that stated this by not giving up her seat for a white person on the bus. After this action she was fined $10. All blacks should realize that we should fight for the bus right. This is why we are doing the boycott!

Martin Luther King Jr.

Martin helped organized a boycott of Montgomery's buses.
