Way to Go

Volleyball

The North Forney Lady Falcons varsity Volleyball team has earned a place in the 2014 play-offs and their first found game will be sometime during the week of November 4th - details to come.


Awesome job Lady Falcons!!

Tennis

The North Forney Falcon Tennis Team has had a great season! They placed fourth in the Area tournament. This is a very young team and this was an excellent finish. We look forward to even greater successes in 2015.


Congrats on a GREAT season Falcon Tennis!!

Cross Country's going to Regionals

If you see a cross country runner, congratulate them!! These runners placed 3rd as a team at districts and will represent North Forney at regionals, November 1st at Joe Pool Lake.


A special congratulations goes out to Kyle Garcia who placed 1st and Shelby Armstrong who placed 4th.

2nd Semester Dual Credit Applications

Interested in taking a dual credit course this spring?? Applications should have been passed out to current dual credit students on 10-23, and are due to your teacher or counselor by THURSDAY, October 30th. Applications must be complete and have a parent signature to be considered.


If you are not currently enrolled in a dual credit course, but are interested in a TVCC campus or online course, please see your counselor during the week of October 27-31 for an application.

Testing Information

SAT November

  • Saturday, November 8th will be the next SAT test date at North Forney.
  • Registration deadline for this test has passed, and it is currently only LATE registration, you can visit www.collegeboard.org in order to register.


Things to know:
  • Arrive by 7:30am
  • MUST have admission ticket AND picture ID in order to be admitted to testing
  • Bring number 2 pencils and a calculator
  • Leave your cell phone at home!!!

STAAR End-of-Course Retest

STAAR End-of-Course retesting will occur December 1-5, 2014.

  • Monday, December 1 - ELA 1 STAAR
  • Tuesday, December 2 - Algebra 1 STAAR
  • Wednesday, December 3 - ELA 2 STAAR
  • Thursday, December 4 - Biology or US History
