San Diego, California is located in the Southern part of the US and is fairly close to the Mexican boarder and the coast which brings mild weather throughout the year.
San Diego is a wonderful place to travel anytime of the year. Part of the reason San Diego gets so many tourists is because of it's climate and daily temperatures. There is rarely any severe weather and snow is almost unknown. It's on the coast right off the Pacific Ocean which gives San Diego mild temperatures throughout the year. There are two main season in San Diego, Summer and Winter. Summers in San Diego are cool and breezy, while winters are fairly warm and comfy. Lately, throughout a lot of California there has been a major drought - even in San Diego. Water is disappearing and since California doesn't get many thunderstorms throughout the year, that water isn't gained back easily. People who live there have to be careful on exactly how much water they use everyday so it doesn't run out. San Diego is a beautiful place to visit - from the weather to the activities there are many things to do and many places to explore.

Difference between climate and daily weather.
The difference between the two is a measure of time. Climate refers to the statistics of the weather or the average weather pattern over years. Weather describes the conditions at a specific place and or time. Weather is basically from the atmosphere behaving due to animals, humans and other activities. To sum it all up climate is the weather over a long period of time - something you might expect - and weather are the conditions in a short period of time - something you might not expect.
