PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Tuesday, October 4, 2022
Dear SFX Family,
What a great week we are having at SFX! It was fun to see everyone's pets at assembly this morning. We are only two days away from the Fun Run, and the weather is looking good. Please check to see if your company is eligible to be a matching donor, and remind your family and friends! You are invited to come cheer on the runners on Thursday. Please be sure to sign in and get a visitor pass from the office before proceeding to the Lodrigues Yard. The run times are below. Students wear appropriate athletic shorts, an SFX shirt, and lace-up tennis shoes. Remember your sunscreen, too!
Don't forget that this Thursday is also 1:30 P.M. dismissal and no after school care. Please follow regular dismissal procedures and remind all those who may pick up for you. We encourage carpooling and walking since the entire school is being dismissed at one time.
Congratulations to our Students of the Month for September. These students were chosen for best displaying the quality of courtesy. For the month of October, we are focusing on the quality of honesty. Congratulations also go out to the students who were tagged as Responsible Jaguars. Keep up the great work, Jags!
This Friday we will hold Parent-Teacher Conferences. There is no school for the students. If your child must come with you to your conference, we will have Conference Care available in the cafeteria for the duration of your conference(s). We look forward to this important time with you.
I hope to see you out at Food Truck Night this evening and at the Fun Run! Thank you for all of your support.
May God bless you and keep you,
Jessica
