Principal's Message

This week has already been a whirlwind. We are still working together to keep students and staff safe and healthy. Thank you for your patience, communication and support in keeping students who don't feel well home.

Our students are in classrooms learning at their highest levels. Our 4th and 5th graders have begun practicing for the Spelling Bee on January 31st. Our 2nd graders made volcanoes in science. Our amazing teachers and specialists continue to create new ways to make learning exciting and challenging.

This coming weekend is a three day weekend. There is no school on Monday, January 17th in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday.

Below are some reminders of how we can help to keep our students and staff healthy and safe during this time.

  • Please continue to screen your child daily before sending them to school. (Daily Symptom Screeing)
  • If your child exhibits any COVID symptoms, please keep your child home and contact the school office.
  • Please continue to send your child to school with a mask each day.
  • Please dress your child in layers, as we will continue to have doors and windows open in classrooms and make use of outdoor learning and eating areas. (As weather permits)

Thank you for your partnership.
