What can I do with FACTS Online Tuition Management?

This year, all families are asked to create an online profile for FACTS. All of your payment history and payments credited will be posted there. We will no longer issue monthly statements for each family. If you need a report for the end of the year, you can print your own from FACTS.

If you are having trouble paying early in the month, we can adjust your payment date to another day in the SAME month. We need three business days to make changes to your account.

The application for SEEDS and St. George Tuition Assistance is open and available through FACTS. We encourage everyone to apply. Please gather your tax information for 2018 (not 2019). The deadline to apply for tuition assistance was February 28 but we may be able to secure more funding after the deadline.

In February, we will open up the enrollment application for next year and begin collecting registration fees. For next year, the only way to enroll or pay tuition is through FACTS (credit card or bank account). Payments will not be collected in our school office.

Why did we switch to FACTS?

1) I felt uncomfortable collecting so much money through our office. It became a concern for our safety.

2) Our accounting records were affected. With the previous system, your cash/checks passed through six different people between our school and church staff - too many! By using FACTS, there are fewer chances of error and our families control the information. Our families can login and view their payment history. Our families can make payments online even when the office is closed.

3) Our school is absorbing the cost of using FACTS. You pay nothing extra except....

*If your payment doesn't go through, you receive an insufficient fund fee that is paid to FACTS (we don't see that money- it stays with FACTS)

**If you use a credit card to pay tuition, you will be charged a credit card fee EACH time. You can avoid these fees by using a bank account instead of a credit card.
