The Hiteon PTC would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the incredible volunteers this year. You gave your time, skills, and energy to the students and staff at Hiteon and it does not go unnoticed. We would like to acknowledge those who took on a leadership role, helped plan events, set-up and cleaned up, assisted in the classrooms, presented and assisted with Art Literacy, and gave a helping hand during all of our numerous events that were able to return this year.
We would also like to thank the teachers and staff at Hiteon for their continued support and guidance.
We wish those students, families, teachers, and staff who are leaving Hiteon the best in their future endeavors.

Fun Run was SO FUN!
Dear Hiteon Community,
We did it!!! You all showed up big time, and Fun Run was a smashing success! THANK YOU!!!
70% of the students registered on Pledgestar, which is a little shy of our 75% registration goal, but it is an increase from last year’s Fun Run. The BIG, great news is we have surpassed our $50,000 fundraising goal as of June 1st! This is amazing – we will be able to fund all the fun, cultural and educational programs we all have come to know and love.
None of this would have been possible without A LOT of people who worked tirelessly to make this happen – planning for Fun Run started back in January, really a lot goes into that. Thank you to all the amazing volunteers who showed up at the crack of dawn to start the event set up, worked tirelessly throughout the day, then stayed to help make the clean up a breeze!
Thank you to all of our sponsors for the amazing support, we could not have done it without you! In the May issue of the Hawk Squawk, we featured 7 of our awesome Fun Run sponsors - see below for 7 more awesome sponsors!
And finally, thank you to the Hiteon staff, from custodians to principals, for the support and dedication! Special shout out to our MC extraordinaire, Mrs. Sadlouskos – you could have fooled us into thinking you are a professional MC!!! And a big, huge, tremendous thank you to Mrs. Strub, the mastermind behind the running of the show (pun intended).
With much gratitude,
The Fun Run Committee
Three cheers for our AMAZING Fun Run sponsors!

As a thought leader in trauma-informed workplaces, Jennifer Jim, M.S.Ed helps organizations bring education and prevention to their workforce. After working as a licensed psychotherapist for 18 years, she realized there was a disconnect in society in the reaction-focused response to mental wellness. She founded Renew Coaching NW to change all that. Jennifer’s talks blend stories, concepts, strategies, and brain mechanics in a way that allows you and your teams to benefit through new mindsets and practical skills. Look no further for a speaker who can engage the audience and inspire her listeners to take action. Her Wellness Workshops range from Stress Busting, Imposter Syndrome, Burnout Prevention & Recovery, Responding to Feedback, and more.
