Three Most Dangerous Places to Live

Indonesia
A chain of islands called Indonesia holds two of the most destructive but scenic volcanoes on earth. They have lush forests and beautiful towns surrounding the mountain. The ocean view from the mountains are the best around. They have sandy white beaches, and dark blue oceans. In the towns are places to eat and businesses. But Indonesia sits on a plate boundary were the Eurasian and the Australian plate collide.
Indonesia sits on a plate boundary, its were the Eurasian plate and the Australian plate collide. The Australian plate is sliding underneath the Eurasian plate making a subduction zone. The hot magma hits the water and becomes solid, and it just keeps building up. The rocks breaking cause the earthquakes. Then the pressure inside the volcano build so high that the top of it can not hold the pressure and erupts.
Indonesia has experienced many massive volcanic eruptions, but Tambora and Krakatoa were the standouts. They both happened in the 1800s. When they happened it caused very much damage. The surrounding towns were completely wiped out and other countries were effected by global cooling. The two biggest ones erupt every 77 to 78 thousand years. They also have very frequent earthquakes. These two combined make this a very dangerous place to live.

Koryaksky
Koryaksky is located on the Kamchatka peninsula. The peninsula is located in the country of Russia. The Bering Sea is off to the east coast of this peninsula. 179,526 people call this peninsula their home. 110 inches of precipitation come down every year. Their summers are moderately cool and their winters are stormy but rarely with lightning. People love to live here because it is a pretty place to live. It has wonderful scenery.
The pacific ring of fire lies just beneath Koryaksky. There have been three major eruptions in the last 10,000 years. If a place is on a tectonic plate it is more likely to have volcanoes and earthquakes. The eruptions were in 1895-96, 1926, 1956-57, 1994, 2003, 2008, and 2009.
This place is dangerous because you could be hurt by the eruptions of the volcanoes. The ash from the volcanoes can affect the air and the food and much more. Volcanoes can also burn down buildings. Earthquakes are also possible when living on a tectonic plate or boundry.
