Dear Families

This month is flying buy and we only have two and half months left of school. Our students have been working hard this year and we are in the process of completing our third round of IReady Diagnostic testing. We will begin with ELPAC testing for third, fourth, and fifth grade this week. Please make sure your child is at school on time.

Please make sure that your child eat before coming to school as it is helps them concentrate in school.

Illness

This past week we had many students not feeling well, vomiting, with headaches and numerous other symptoms and had to send them home. Please remember that students can only be in school 24 hours after these symptoms have occurred and that they no longer have symptoms. Please make sure your child is feeling well to be in school. We want to make sure that any illness is not spread at school and that your child is well to attend.

Parent Conferences

This week will have parent conferences. Conferences this time are specifically for students who may need more support. Teachers have already sent out information to specific families. If you would like to talk with your teacher and did not get a conference, please let your teacher know.

Attendance

Our average attendance this month has been 90.7%. We still have a couple of more days in March. Please make sure to send your students to school on time. We have the following for percentage for each grade level.

  • TK/Kinder= 89.67%
  • 1st= 90.17%
  • 2nd = 89.69%
  • 3rd = 90.46%
  • 4th= 92.05%
  • 5th= 92.03%

Our school goal is to reach 95% or better. Help us reach this goal by making sure your child is in school.
