Your "Human" Resource
Updates, Reminders, And Guidance From WWCS Human Resources
Our Journey Begins!
November Edition
- Support our staff in a professional, collaborative, and timely manner.
- Make information accessible and easy to understand.
- Streamline processes to help maximize productivity for district personnel.
Our monthly newsletter will be a comprehensive tool for our readers, providing clarity to essential human resources items. Throughout the year, we will highlight different topics, provide timelines for important events, recognize district personnel, and, most importantly, give guidance to help employees grow professionally as members of the Wayne-Westland family. As a department, we are thrilled to take the first steps on our journey to discover fresh ideas to strengthen WWCS and enhance the experience for all district members.
Sincerely,
Dr. Alex Ofili, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources
