Thank You for Contributing to our Thanksgiving Share

Sending a big thank you to our Doyle community for your generosity in supporting the Thanksgiving Share Food Drive. Your support enabled us to provide food items to many of our families for the Thanksgiving holiday. We appreciate all you do to support our students and families.

Health Lessons

Today, you will receive a letter communicating that your child will be participating in health instruction in the coming weeks. Prior to instruction, we are required to receive consent from elementary parents/guardians. Once you receive the form, please complete it and return to your child’s homeroom teacher by December 9, 2022.

Supporting Our HSA & School Community

This year, our Home & School Association has partnered with APEX Leadership for our school fundraiser. Many CB elementary schools have used APEX in the last few years as their major fundraising effort. Our fundraiser will run from 11/28 -12/9/22 and will culminate on 12/8/22 with our Remix/Fitness Event. Please see the flyer below with more information. Our kick-off is on Monday, November 28th!!


Our goal is to raise $1000 per fitness move schoolwide. If as a school, we meet the goal of $1000 per fitness move, the principal, Mrs. Fantaskey, will be slimed on December 9th!


Today, we kicked off the fundraiser and the students have received their access codes to log in from home. We ask all students to log in and make sure they submit their T-shirt size, as all students will receive a T-shirt for the remix fitness day.

Eagles' Pride

Eagle Scout Project

Congratulations to former Soaring Eagle, Hannah Wood, on the completion of her Eagle Scout Project. Hannah created an outdoor classroom consisting of 6 benches and a whiteboard presentation area. She completed the installation right before the Thanksgiving break. We are so proud of Hannah and know that our Soaring Eagles will enjoy this outdoor learning space for years to come.

Katherine Kremser, 6th grade student, had a yard sale recently. She sold baked goods and handmade origami Christmas trees. She raised $120 and decided to donate all of her proceeds to the Thanksgiving Share this year! We are so proud of Katherine and are thankful for her generosity!

Doyle Holiday Shoppe

We are looking for volunteers to help with the holiday shoppe on Dec 5-6th and 6th grade volunteers to help with stocking the tables and wrapping presents. We also need donations of wrapping paper, tape, bows and gift bags. If you willing to help, please sign up below.


We are also looking for local vendors that would like to sell their goods at the Holiday Shoppe, but they would need their school clearances and a certificate of insurance.

We are excited to bring back a Doyle tradition by hosting a luncheon for our teachers and staff during winter conferences.

The luncheon will be held this year on Monday, December 12th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM for staff to grab in between parent conferences.

Please sign up for one of the slots to bring homemade soup or chili. We also need salads, breads, drinks, desserts and other items all to be dropped off or sent in with your student before 11:00 AM on the 12th. Thanks for helping us make this a SOUPER event.

Doyle is an "A" School

  • Arrival begins at 8:15 AM
  • Student Day Begins at 8:35 AM
  • Student Day Ends at 3:15 PM
  • Dismissal Ends at 3:35 PM
  • For early dismissal days- dismissal begins at 11:55 AM
  • For 2 hour delay days- arrival begins at 10:15 and the student day begins at 10:35


Kindergarten

  • Morning Kindergarten begins at 8:35 AM (arrival begins at 8:15 AM) and ends at 11:10 AM
  • Afternoon Kindergarten begins at 12:40 PM and ends at 3:15 PM
  • A few years ago, we implemented a “modified kindergarten” schedule on weather delay days. The schedule will be as follows for Doyle:
  • AM Students 10:35 AM – 12:20 PM and PM Students 1:30 PM – 3:15 PM
