The Bay Area Waldorf Schools 8th Grade Track Meet 2014

The third annual Bay Area Waldorf School Track Meet is coming!

fee: $25/Student, includes t-shirt

Deadline: Friday November 22nd.

Entry fee (check made out to Live Oak Charter School), t-shirt sizes (Adult S-XXL), and insurance waiver Must be received by Live Oak Charter School, Attn: Alex Boshell, 100 Gnoss Concourse, Bldg. 1, Petaluma, CA 94952 by due date!

No Exceptions for deadline and No late Entries will be allowed!

Your school will be listed as the insured on your insurance waiver that you send to both Live Oak and Credo High School (1290 Southwest Blvd, Rohnert Park, CA 94953). Live Oak Charter School, Credo High School, and the Rohnert Park/Cotati Unified School District Must all be listed as additional insureds on the policy.

Have your athletes bring a hat, sunscreen, loose, layered athletic clothing, athletic shoes, snack, water, lunch, and a snack for the afternoon.


field: Javelin (stationary and moving), discus, shot put, long jump, and standing broad jump

track: 50 and 100 yard dash, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, mile, and 4 person relay (each athlete runs 1/4 of track)

Please place your athletes (divided into thirds) in one of the following three levels: Blue top of the class, Red middle of the class, White lower 3rd of the class. Boys and girls compete separately. Place the appropriate color ribbon around the right wrist of each athlete from your school the morning of the event to show their level.

Movement teachers please help by arriving early with your students (judges meeting starts promptly at 8:30) and prepared to judge/run an event. Let Alex know your preference for running a station. Please ask your parent volunteers/drivers to help you run an event and/or first aid station.
