Special Yoga class
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!!
November 9th @ OSS Café (4:30 - 5:30 pm)
It is a meditative, slow-paced style of yoga with longer held postures designed to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue. This class will be a well-rounded approach to opening the main aspects of the body, as well as turning inwards to cultivate the relationship with our body and the fluctuations of the mind.
