Workshop Series Overview: This series will help district teams obtain a deeper understanding of the PBIS system and tools they can use to create supports and sustain district-wide PBIS with ongoing fidelity.
- Each session will support districts in their efforts to create essential supports for their individual schools as they implement their overall PBIS plan. Attendees will leave with the materials necessary to train their district/building wide PBIS teams.

- Learn about the core components of PBIS and the procedures for establishing a universal level of PBIS;
- Discuss and select a method of data collection and analysis for monitoring the impact of PBIS;
- Develop action steps for establishing or refining expectations for behavior within the district or building;
- Share information about successes and challenges regarding their implementation of PBIS within their buildings;
- Plan an approach for teaching expectations, encouraging expected behaviors and discouraging problem behaviors;
- Design the basic components of a plan for monitoring implementation and progress of the PBIS approach in their buildings;
