Google Form for 2021-2022
High school students in Talent Search and/or Upward Bound/HCOP tutoring are welcome to complete the Google Form to request a tutor. High school students who are not part of either program are also welcome to apply. They will complete a few additional sections of the Google Form so that we have information on the student and can count the student as a student served. Since the Pathways Office is focusing on confirming tutoring placements with partner teachers right now, they may not be able to confirm a tutor for virtual tutoring immediately. College applications, career exploration, financial aid and scholarship applications

Pass/No Pass Grade Option for Last Year's Grades
Attention all Students,
If you earned a C, D, or F/NG or NC last school year in the 20/21 school year and you do not want it to lower your GPA, you have the right to change the grade to a PASS/ No PASS.
These marks (P/NP) are not calculated into your GPA, so they cannot hurt it.
You have until December 17, 2021 to have your parents fill out a form to change the bad grade. There is no limit on how many grades you can change, but they must have been taken last year in 2020-2021 or the summer school prior. See your counselor with questions.
- “Pass” (P) can replace a final grade mark of A, B, C, or D
- “No Pass” (NP) can replace a final grade mark of F, NC, or NG
- Here is the fillable form for grade replacement requests: https://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/gs/ps/documents/gradechange20form.pdf
