Mid-March Bright Lights

We are working on "0"'s in our halls

What a terrific time we had at the assembly!

This past Wednesday, our school met together to learn more about respect, working together and not against each other, fire drill tips, and how to leave the building successfully for an appointment or when a child is sick. A review of these was received so well by the students-had to make me smile. Here is the link for you. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1wDc8EpqgshZnjoMBc9OIPZXmq3qxqtscYn2Q1fm8wqY/edit#slide=id.p

We are working on the Zero Zone

In an effort to give respect to classes working in their rooms. our students are earning Zero Zone points from Mr. Budisch. Whenever he sees the classes moving together as a class, he will note if they are moving at a "0" voice. Your children can tell you more about this. We have a target of 100 points by the end of March to earn a celebration for our quiet travels through the halls. Good luck students!

BINGO Fun-Can you join us?

Bring your lucky charm and a bit of Irish for the 17th at 7:00 PM in our Primary School Cafeteria for a night of BINGO. Mr. O'Budisch will be calling off the numbers in a variety of games that build anticipation until the correct number is called. Lots of winners and everyone has a good time. See you there.

I can find one of the best things about being with children is the chance to read to them and watch their faces tell a story back to you. Also, getting the kids involved in the story is a lot of fun and makes the story come to life. Hope you can do this on a regular basis with your children.
