William James was born into an affluent family.His father was deeply interested in philosophy and theology and strove to provide his children with a rich education. They attended the best possible schools, and were immersed in culture and art.William James went on to become one of the most important figures in psychology. Also James expressed an interest in becoming a painter. He was suffering from health problems and severe depression. William James is a man and his study was on environment and behavior. He had a father named Henry and doesn't really say anything about his mom and he has two brothers. Harvard Medical school is where he went for college he had grad from there.
