What lives in the sea and has five legs? The answer is the shrimp. Shrimp can be found all over the world in oceans and rivers. There are many shrimp in the world’s water’s, because they reproduce enough every year, so they do not become extinct.

Shrimp are very adaptive to changes in the water conditions, therefore they can be found in all the waters of the world. Shrimp live on the river beds and the ocean floors. They can be found in both fresh and salt water. When shrimp travel around their habitat they swim in schools.
The reproductive steps for the shrimp is that the female lay the eggs. The eggs are attached to the females swimming legs. Then the swimming shrimp larvae will pass through five developmental stages. The eggs take only two weeks to hatch . A single female may lay up to a million eggs at once. Shrimp reproduce in fresh and salt water . Shrimp are found all around the world from the big mantis shrimp to the small tadpole shrimp. There even in red lobster. Shrimp can be found in all oceans.
