We are starting our next Social Studies Unit: Ancient Egypt. We will be focusing on this week on how the people of Ancient Egypt adapted to their physical environment by analyzing primary sources.
Parent Teacher Conferences
IXL At Home
We are trialing IXL as a possible resource for students to use to practice reading and math skills. This website is excellent, because it recommends skills based on student performance. No need to worry about your student struggling with a difficult concept that they need teacher support with. Additionally, it will allow students to review past concepts we've learned this year and introduce them to new concepts they are ready for. We are using this daily in the classroom, but if you are looking for something to help support your child at home, this is an excellent resource!
