Holly Mthethwa to Visit
Cozad native returns as published writer
Holly Mthethwa had no idea that when she left Cozad to attend school at the University of Nebraska in Kearney she would be coming back to Cozad in 2014 as a published writer. After graduating from UNK with an MBA, Ms. Mthethwa began work as an accountant. She soon discovered this was not her passion; she wanted to be a writer. Her writings deal with moments that move a person's heart and her life-long love of Christ. Her book, Hot Chocolate in June, is a true-life story of her experiences after the sudden death of her father. To escape the depression she was feeling, Mthethwa visited India and South Africa. Not only is it a thrilling and humorous story of her experiences, but also a love story of when she met her future husband, Oscar, a South African native. It is a heart-warming tale that has become a very popular read here at Wilson Public Library.
Her Visit - 9/5
Holly will be visiting Wilson Public Library for a special author's visit and book signing on Friday, September 5th, from 2:00-4:00pm. All patrons are encouraged and invited to attend.
