Highschool parties, alcohol, police, drama everywhere. Everyone hates her for calling the cops. She hopes she can make it through the school year alone, just avoid everyone, and keep quiet. And at all costs stop thinking about what happened at the party last summer or figure out what actually happened.
Fix everything that broke and try to put the pieces of her life back together and be a happy normal kid again. Tell people what he did. Will she be able to save her ex-best friend from him? Regain her old friends and change her broken life for the better.

Melinda believes she has done something wrong. That it was all her fault. It takes all school year for her to understand that she is instead the victim of It's criminal act.
Heather- Is new at the school and befriends melinda without knowing what she's getting into. Eventually she leaves Melinda.
Rachel- she is Melinda's ex-best friend and almost enemy
Melinda's Parents- they are mostly to busy fighting to worry about her
Andy Evans (It)- he is kinda the antagonist of the story. He is the one that seriously hurt Melinda.
Ivy- one of Melinda's ex-friends she wasn't at the party that night. She also isn't mad at Melinda and tries to be her friend again.
