We, at San Juan Island National Historical Park, would like to thank you for your participation in 2016 National Parks BioBlitz-San Juan Island. This event would not have been successful without your support and participation.
The Park saw between 150 and 200 people over the course of the BioBlitz (including around 100 youth), with 3 successful inventories led by Barb Jensen, Ashley Powell, and Ted Thomas.
Many thanks to all the festival participants and volunteers including San Juan Island Public Library, San Juan Nature Institute, Wolf Hollow Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, San Juan Islands Conservation District, San Juan Textile Guild, Lummi Nation, San Juan County Noxious Weed Board, San Juan Islands Audubon Society, University of Washington Conservation Biology students, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services.
This event could not have been possible without your support and participation and we look forward to working with you again.
