RECIPE
Falafel
ingredient :
2 cups of hummus grail.
1 medium onion, peeled.
6-7 of gar lie teeth.
1 cup of parsley leaves without the stems.
Thin salt.
2 teaspoons of cumin.
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
Instructions:
1. Soak the hummus grains in water for 12 hours.
2. Grind the hummus grains a long with the onion, the garlic and green leaves in food processor.
3. Mix baking powder, cumin, salt, and set aside for halt a hour. Shape the mixture into balls, and deep fry them in oil until they golden brown.
