Good Evening Gator Families,

As we finish up our last week of the 2019 - 2020 school year, we want to thank you for continuing to partner with us during this unpredictable time. It's been a learning experience for all and we are grateful for all the hard work students and families have put into eLearning. Below is important information regarding end of the year procedures.

  • Student grades CANNOT go down from 3rd quarter, but absolutely may go up!
  • Final grades will be stored in PowerSchool on Friday, May 22nd at 8 a.m.

  • Student item turn in, material distribution and device collection will be May 26 - 29. See table below for specific times and instructions.

Student Item Turn-In, Device Collection & Material Distribution

We will be combining locker item pick up (including P.E. lockers) with iPad, cube/ cube, library book drop off, instrument drop off and any other materials that were borrowed from Northgate. Please see the diagram below with specific dates and times for your student. If at all possible, please place student charging cords and cubes in a Ziplock baggies marked with student's first and last name. If your student is enrolled in virtual Summer School they will not need to turn in their iPad, cord or cube.

During this process, we ask that you follow the traffic map below. It is imperative that everyone remains in their vehicles. A staff member will greet you at your car.
