New Outreach Formats at Beckman
For general announcements, we have moved away from the Blackboard Connect system that we have used for several years and will be utilizing Aeries Communicator going forward. This new system has several advantages: 1) multiple contacts for each student, 2) a variety of modalities (Email, Phone, SMS, Feed), 3) Full integration into our already existing database. In order to ensure that you are receiving the communications in the manner you prefer, please log into your Aeries accounts and manage your communications preferences.
Change Settings for Aeries Communications
- Log into your Aeries parent account
- Click on “Communications” in the upper left hand corner (takes you to your Announcement Feed)
- Click on the circle with your initials in the upper left hand corner (when you hover over it, it turns into settings)
- You can click on "Notifications" on the left side to adjust the ways you receive your messages.
