The Sleep Better App is an app that helps you sleep better. This app gives you a choice of how your day went if you:
-worked out
-had a stressful day
-are not sleeping on your bed
-you ate late/need a good night sleep
-drank a lot of caffeine (or some before bed)
-drank alcohol (before bed)
Pros
-It does help you sleep
-It gives you options on how your day went
Cons
-The alarm goes off in the middle night
-Sometimes it glitches
My Opinion
I would Rate this app: ****/***** (4/5) stars because the app did help me sleep well and wake up well, but their was distractions in the middle of the night.
