Student Agenda with SHS Handbook

This week all students in grades 9-12 will receive an agenda including the Scituate High School Parent-Student Handbook. It is extremely important that families and students read the updates handbook and return the signature page to the high school office by October 1st.

Thank you for your attention to this important process!

Student Email Domain

Last year we rolled out student email addressees for Microsoft 365 and Google (lastname.firstname@scituateschoolsri.net) This next step in technology was great for both teachers and students as instructional tool such as Google Classroom have proven to be extremely beneficial and aid in student success.

The issue however, was that 30% of high school families did not turn in their permission slip and therefore, did not have access to their school email account. Please make it a priority this year to either turn your permission slip in with a hard copy or email a digital copy of the slip to Mr. Caparco in Ms. Hart’s office by Friday, September 14th.

If you prefer, digital copies will be accepted through email in PDF form to janice.caparco@scituateschoolsri.net A free app named, Adobe Scan can be easily downloaded on any device to capture a PDF or students can simply take a picture.

STUDENT EMAIL FORM

A hard copy will also be given to each student on Tuesday, August 28th
