Cougar Vacation Care Available on November 11th

November 11th Vacation Care is available, and registration is open online.

Title 1


The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) or Title I was designed to help students having difficulties with reading by providing funds for extra academic help. Since its inception, Title I funding provides instructional help for students experiencing academic difficulty. Funding is given directly to the schools and is based upon poverty levels. Manor School Picture Re-Take Day

If your child missed the first picture day or you would like your son's or daughter's picture re-taken, our Inter-State picture re-take day is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17th, 2021. To order photos for re-take day, visit https://inter-state.com/order and use order code 61120E. Please note that any student or staff who would like a re-take photo must return their original picture package in order to receive a new picture package.

Toys for Tots Toy Drive

This is the 10th year that The Kade Project has teamed with Toys for Tots to distribute toys to families in our community. If you are interested in donating a new, unwrapped gift, please feel free to send it in with your child to drop in the box in the front entrance of Manor by December 10th.

Guidelines for Returning to School Following an Illness

The school nurse and health department want to remind anyone who is returning to school after a sickness that you must provide a negative COVID test result, or an alternative diagnosis, such as a note from you doctor, or you must serve a full quarantine.


This rule is regardless of vaccination status. Please contact the school nurse with questions.

Rochester Children's Book Festival

The Rochester Children's Book Festival is a free virtual event on Saturday, November 6th, from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Two sessions will run each hour, including author panel discussions, illustrator drawing demos, read alouds, and sing-alongs. There will something for all ages! December Craft Club Registration is OPEN

Do you like to use your creative abilities to make one-of-a kind works of art? If so, you should sign up for December's Craft Club! Each session will feature a different craft, and are you ready for the best part? For those of you who plan on giving your artistic creations as gifts, you will be able to gift wrap them - talk about "Secret Santa"! HF-L Youth Lacrosse Offers Indoor Winter Training

HFL Youth Lacrosse is offering indoor winter training for ALL interested HF-L students. Training is on Thursday nights, starting November 4th, for boys and girls in grades K-6 from 7pm-8pm and grades 7-12 from 8pm-9pm at The Athletic Campus on Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road.
