Gables Weekly Summary

CCS Family-School Relationships Survey

Your input is valuable, and we use your participation to shape our school! Please remember to complete our Spring Survey. The information helps us plan for next year and better understand things that worked well this year or need to be improved for next year. Today (May 6) is the final day to complete the Spring survey. Go to, select Gables Elementary School from the dropdown menu and click “Take this survey.” Recommended guidance for families with multiple children is to complete one survey for their oldest child in each school. That said, the open link gives families the flexibility to provide feedback in whatever way makes most sense to them.

Join the city of Columbus for the kick off of Rise Up CBUS! a new program of the Department of Neighborhood and the Department of Recreation and Parks that supports and promotes Opportunity Rising, Mayor Andrew J. Our first event will take place on Friday, May 6th from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm at 1220 Bethel Rd at the Bethel International United Methodist Church. Hear from City Departments and community organizations, enjoy free food, and listen to local artists as we kick off the first of eight events that promote the City's commitment to equity.
