ADMINISTRATION UPDATE
Dear CCS Friends and Families,
We did it! Together, we have completed another full school year with the children that we share. It has been a pleasure and an honor to work with our CCS students and their families throughout the school year and we are proud of all of their accomplishments and successes.
We kicked off our final week of the 2017-2018 school year with our School-Wide Celebration and Field Day. Our PBIS Be the Change efforts added up to enable a donation of $207.29 (that is 20,729 positive behaviors!) to the Chittenden County Humane Society, which was gratefully received by their CEO/President Joyce Cameron. All of our CCS Students joyfully participated in games, water activities and a dance party!
Last night, we gathered to honor our eighth grade class of 2018. At graduation, we celebrated the many lessons that our students have taught us, the lessons they have taught one another, the many things they have accomplished and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
We wish our graduates the very best in their future endeavors!
We hope you all have a wonderful summer!
Warm Regards,
Stephanie, Jen and Cassandra

Last week the 7-8 Stage Band had a successful performance on Church Street.
Our last performance opportunity will be Wednesday, June 21 - CCS Instrumentalists, grades 5 - 8, at Centennial Field in Burlington performing the National Anthem at the Lake Monsters Game!
If you would like your child to participate in the playing of the National Anthem at the Lake Monsters Game, please email Andy Smith stating that your child will participate.
If you are looking for summer musical activities for your child, such as private instruction, community bands, music camps, etc.., please contact Andy Smith for references/suggestions.
Please be sure that all instruments and personal items are removed from the band room for the summer.
