Proteins
Protein is the basic component of living cells and it is made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen. Three proteins are fibrous, globular, and membrane.
Carbohydrates
Some whole grain stuff is brown rice, whole-grain pasta, beans, whole wheat bread, whole oats, buckwheat, millet, whole rye, whole-grain corn is a good carbohydrates.
Lipids
A lipid is a molecule like fat. Lipids are organic, meaning that they contain carbon atoms. Lipids do not dissolve in water.
