Pilgrims on the Way of Truth

10th Edition November 18, 2016

There's always something wonderful happening at Marian Central! This week, many of our students made their own pilgrimages to their spiritual retreats, which continue our devotion to our school's mission. We also recognized our students for academic achievement with a wonderful mid-week breakfast. Finally, although Friday was an official day off from school, our halls were bustling with the energy from the 8th Grade Visit day. All of our area Catholic middle schools, in addition to many 8th graders who attend public schools, had a wonderful opportunity to explore Marian, meet faculty and students, and really get a glimpse of their future here at our beloved school. For many 8th graders, this is a highly anticipated milestone in their final year before high school. Our student tour-guides remember their own experiences and work to make this a memorable day for all!

From all of us here at Marian Central, we wish your family a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Whether you are travelling a great distance, hosting a huge feast, or having a quiet holiday with those you love - we hope this coming week is amazing!

We are thankful for the gift of our students.

We are thankful for the continued dedication of our faculty and staff.

We are thankful for you.

Congratulations to Lauren Payton as she competes at the IHSA State Swimming meet this weekend in both the 200 and 500 freestyle!
