Pumpkin Carving Night - Tomorrow!

We hope you will join us tomorrow, Thursday, October 28th from 4:00-6:00 PM, for our annual Pumpkin Carving Night. Choose “Grab & Go” style and come get a pumpkin with a carving kit to take home (OR) stay to carve your pumpkin outside under our big tent. We can’t wait!

Picture Retakes

Dorian will be here on Wednesday, November 3rd for picture retake day. You can order pictures online by visiting dorianstudio.com and searching for Eccles Elementary School. Your online order can be placed before and up to four (4) days after picture day. Please plan to have your student do retake day, if the following applies:

  • Your student missed school on Tuesday, September 28th.

  • Your student took their picture, but you forgot to provide payment or purchase online.

  • Your student took their picture, you received it, but want a different one taken.

Canned Food Drive

Canned Food Drive

It's that time of year for our annual Canned Food Drive at Eccles Elementary! Beginning on Monday, November 1st students may bring all non-perishable food items to the bin located at the end of their hallway. In addition to a hallway competition, we will continue with our traditional friendly competition between Knight and Eccles Elementary. The school that brings in the most cans will receive the Golden Can Award to display in their hallways! Eccles has been the reigning champions the last 2 years! Help us keep the award by bringing in items to donate by Monday, November, 15th.

While parent volunteering continues to be on hold until further notice, we do have employment opportunities in our schools for part-time positions like instructional assistants, nutrition services, custodians and more. We are also seeking on-call substitutes for those positions, which would provide even greater flexibility. English and Spanish speakers are welcome to apply.
