St. Edith Catholic School
2023-2024
"teaches as Jesus did" With love, care, and discipline,
Centering on the Eucharist, and focusing on students:
Our gifts and our future.

Dear St. Edith Families,
Last week was filled with adventure, creativity and exploring! October is the month of the Holy Rosary, so all of our classes are participating in learning about the rosary and taking time to pray the rosary. 5th grade eagerly started their owl pellet dissections, while earlier in the week they worked on their Native American projects! In 1st grade students were hard at work, painting pumpkins and they look great! Kindergarten prep, enjoyed broomstick rides, catapulting pumpkins and scooter relays!
Reminder Monday, October 16 there is No School. Candy collection is off to a great start, let's stuff our pumpkin! Bring your candy in! Lastly, don't forget to send your cans in! We are grateful to the families who have donated to our canned drive so far, we are collecting until October 19th! Student council is hosting our UM/MSU casual day (dress down) on, Friday, October 20th. Students participating may wear casual clothes within the dress code and a UM or MSU top/sweatshirt/hoodie. Bring a $1 to participate.
Many Blessings,
Mrs. G
