Reproductive System
Levels of Organization
Reproductive Cell
A cell whose nucleus unites with that of a cell of the opposite sex to form a new organism.
Reproductive Tissue
Tissue that is around the organs.
Penis
The male genital organ of higher vertebrates
Reproductive System
The organs and glands in the body that aid in the production of new individuals.
Organism
The organism is made from both of the reproductive systems.
Homeostasis
The reproductive system maintains homeostasis by sweating when getting too hot and shivering when getting too cold. Tumors is a disease that can happen if homeostasis gets messed with. Infections can also happen if homeostasis has a break.
Interaction
The reproductive system interacts with the endocrine system to drive maturation. The reproductive system interacts with the integumentary system because the integumentray system protects the reproductive system from being wounded.File
