Clear your Browsing Data
Authenticating........
Many users are getting an authentication error when accessing tiles in the MY GC PORTAL. Please do these few steps to clear the error.
How to Clear your browsing data in Chrome
- Click three dots (at the top right of the browser)
- Select the option More Tools
- Click Clear Browsing Data..
- Click blue Clear Data button
- Close out Chrome completely
- Sign in to your my.gccisd.net Portal again, and access your tiles.
