DR. SEUSS DAY
Thursday, March 2nd was the 113th Birthday of Dr. Seuss.
Dr. Seuss himself visited Mr. Wells 1st grade class to help with some reading.
Ms. Supowitz's Kindergarten class celebrated Read Accross America Day too............

SWEETHEART DANCE RAFFLE WINNERS
As part of our Sweetheart Dance held on February 14, raffle winners were selected to participate in various fun events involving teachers and administrators.

Lunch with the Principal
Winners of the "Lunch with the Principal" raffle were treated to pizza and desert with Mr. Stoneback on Friday March 3rd. The winner was Bryan Bloniarz from Mrs. Kurley's Kindergarten class. Bryan was able to bring 3 of his friends Landon Rivera, Brody Moody and Aidan Brady.

Jackson Furey in Mrs. Cridland's 2nd grade class was our February Top Kid Box Tops Winner . Jackson submitted 225 boxtops to win first prize.

Annual Leprechaun Breakfast
Friday March 17th will be our annual Leprechaun Breakfast before school. We will serve Lucky Charms or Cheerios and St. Patrick's Day crafts for all. Students should arrive at 8:20 am.
Information was sent home and tickets should be ordered in advance.
Proceeds will benefit the 100 Book Challenge Program.
Rita's Water Ice Fundraiser
The 4th Grade Rita's Water Ice Fundraiser has been extended. Any one interested in purchasing a quart container of water ice to support the 4th grade class can still do so. The cost is $5.00 and can redeemed at Rita's on Durham Rd any operating day this season.
Send in your money in envelope clearly marked Rita's 4th grade fundraiser with a note including child's name, teacher and number of lids.
