November Tuition
If you signed up for EFT via Tuition Express, November's tuition will be debited on Monday Nov 12. All tuition is considered late by the 15th of the month. Statements will emailed on the 1st.
Vision and Hearing Screening
Insight will be here on Monday Nov. 5 to provide both hearing and vision screenings to 4 year old children that still need that. If you are unsure if this is needed for your child, please check with Wendy at the Promiseland desk. The fee is $10 for each test.
Silly Hat Day
Wednesday, Nov. 7 and Thursday Nov. 8 have fun sending your child to school in a silly hat, the more creative the better! Children enjoy this fun activity as much as the teachers do! The class with the highest participation will enjoy a popsicle party on their hat day.
Operation Christmas Child
Partner with us as we collect and support Operation Christmas Child, Samaritans Purse. There are small shoe boxes available for Operation Christmas child in the Promiseland area for you to fill and return. These are due by Sunday November 11. You are welcome to take as many boxes as the Lord puts on your heart. This is a great way to teach children how to bless others as we demonstrate Gods love in a tangible way to needy children around the world. http://cfhome.org/occ
Thanksgiving Chapel
On Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 12 and 13, the children will enjoy gathering together with other classes and learn about counting our blessings and being thankful as we sing fun songs and wear turkey hats. Our verse this month is Psalm 118:1- O give thanks to the Lord for He is good. Our fruit of the spirit is "Thankfulness."
Our Teachers are “Pietastic”!
Parents can bring a pie, cake, cookies or dessert (store bought or homemade) to be shared with the teachers to enjoy over the Thanksgiving holidays. You can include a note, prayer or card on the baked good for a teacher. Collection tables will be in front of the Promiseland desk on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 14 and 15. Our five day classes have an assigned day with Ms. Debbie's class bringing Wednesday and Dana's class bringing Thursday. Teachers will take turns coming to the pietastic table and choosing pies or desserts to take home.
